Scădere semnificativă a cazurilor de COVID-19 în România

Institutul Național de Sănătate Publică (INSP) a anunțat miercuri că, în perioada 30 decembrie - 5 ianuarie, România a înregistrat 87 de cazuri noi de infectare cu SARS-CoV-2. Aceasta reprezintă o scădere semnificativă de 44,9% comparativ cu săptămâna anterioară.

Din totalul. 24 de pacienți erau reinfectați, testati pozitiv după o perioadă mai mare de 90 de zile de la prima infectare. În această săptămână, a fost raportat și un deces cauzat de COVID-19, bilanțul total ajungând la 69.236 de persoane decedate din cauza virusului SARS-CoV-2 în România.

Până în prezent, țara noastră a înregistrat un total de 3.582.131 de cazuri de infectare. În ultima săptămână, au fost efectuate 535 de teste RT-PCR și 10.664 de teste rapide antigenice, ceea ce a dus la o rată a pozitivității de 0,8%. De la începutul pandemiei, au fost prelucrate la nivel național 14.038.282 de teste RT-PCR și 15.153.652 de teste rapide antigenice.
