Cercetări penale la Râșnov după un accident cu implicarea unui șofer cu permis suspendat

Polițiștii din Râșnov au deschis o anchetă penală în cazul unui bărbat reținut pentru săvârșirea mai multor infracțiuni rutiere. Incidentul s-a petrecut pe 20 decembrie, la intersecția străzii Brazilor cu strada Tudor Vladimirescu, în jurul orei 18:30.

Conform informațiilor, un bărbat în vârstă de 37 de ani a acrosat și a lovit ușor o femeie care se afla pe trecerea de pietoni. Victima a fost imediat transportată la o unitate medicală pentru a primi îngrijiri de specialitate.

După ce polițiștii au verificat documentele bărbatului, s-a constatat că acesta avea dreptul de a conduce suspendat din cauza unor abateri anterioare. "Fata de cele constatate, după administrarea probatoriului, polițiștii au dispus reținerea și introducerea bărbatului în cadrul Centrului de Reținere și Arestare Preventivă al IPJ Brașov, pentru o perioadă de 24 de ore", au declarat reprezentanții IPJ Brașov.

Investigațiile continuă pentru a clarifica toate aspectele legate de acest caz, iar autoritățile fac apel la respectarea regulilor de circulație pentru siguranța tuturor participanților la trafic.
