Nivelul particulelor PM2.5 în Hanoi atinge recorduri alarmante

În dimineața zilei de vineri, nivelul particulelor nocive PM2.5 a fost măsurat la 266 de micrograme pe metru cub în Hanoi, ceea ce plasează capitala Vietnamului pe primul loc în topul orașelor cele mai poluate din lume. Conform organizației AirVisual, această valoare reprezintă un record negativ pentru orașele cu probleme de poluare, potrivit informațiilor raportate de Agerpres.

De mai mulți ani, Vietnam se confruntă cu o poluare severă în marile sale orașe, iar Hanoi este printre cele mai afectate. Cauzele principale ale smogului dens sunt traficul intens, arderea deșeurilor și activitățile industriale.

În fața acestei situații critice, guvernul vietnamez a declarat că va promova o tranziție mai rapidă către vehicule electrice, în încercarea de a reduce impactul poluării asupra sănătății populației, așa cum a relatat agenția Reuters, citată de Agerpres.
