Un profesor expert în domeniul sănătății a declarat că consumul cronic de alcool, chiar și în cantități reduse, poate provoca modificări semnificative în comportamentul organismului și este un factor care contribuie la obezitate. De asemenea, acesta a evidențiat că asocierea consumului de alcool cu fumatul și lipsa activității fizice poate duce la probleme de sănătate serioase, începând cu modificări la nivelul cavității bucale.

Aceste observații subliniază importanța conștientizării riscurilor generate de aceste obiceiuri, având în vedere impactul cumulativ asupra sănătății.
