Nicușor Dan a promulgat legea privind vaccinarea gratuită anti-HPV pentru tineri până la 26 de ani

Președintele Nicușor Dan a semnat vineri legea care extinde programul de vaccinare gratuită anti-HPV pentru fete și băieți până la 26 de ani. Potrivit surselor, legea are ca scop completarea articolelor 48 și 225 din Legea nr. 95/2006, pentru a permite accesul la vaccinarea anti-HPV pentru toate categoriile de vârstă recomandate de Organizația Mondială a Sănătății și de Centrul Național de Vaccinologie.

Conform celor raportate de site-ul bizbrasov.ro, legea urmărește reducerea semnificativă a cazurilor de cancer de col uterin și a altor boli asociate virusului HPV. De asemenea, proiectul vizează creșterea procentului de acoperire vaccinală, oferind vaccinul gratuit pentru adolescenți și tineri, contribuind astfel la prevenirea acestor afecțiuni.

Nicușor Dan a justificat promulgarea acestei legi prin considerentele de sănătate publică și dorința de a proteja mai bine sănătatea populației tinere.
