Metrom Industrial Parc SA oferă spații de închiriat în Brașov

Societatea Metrom Industrial Parc SA a anunțat că oferă mai multe spații pentru închiriere în cadrul Parcului Industrial Metrom, situat pe Strada Carpaților numărul 60, în Brașov.

Printre opțiunile disponibile se află un spațiu birou cu o suprafață de 78.6 metri pătrați, aflat la etajul 1 al clădirii 48. De asemenea, compania pune la dispoziție o hală industrială de mare capacitate, cu o suprafață de 1423 metri pătrați, localizată în clădirea 156.

În plus, pentru cei interesați de depozitare, este disponibil un spațiu dotat cu rafturi metalice, având o suprafață de 89.1 metri pătrați, amplasat în clădirea 47.
