Bărbat reținut pentru fraudă în domeniul creditelor

Polițiștii Serviciului de Investigare a Criminalității Economice au reținut un bărbat acuzat de încheierea de contracte de credit false. Aceasta persoană, în vârstă de 29 de ani și originară din orașul Zărnești, județul Brașov, era angajată a unei instituții financiare nebancare (IFN).

Conform cercetărilor efectuate, în anul 2022, bărbatul ar fi semnat un total de 14 contracte de credit frauduloase, folosind semnătura privată pentru a falsifica documentele necesare obținerii creditelor. Aceste acțiuni au dus la inducerea în eroare a angajatorului său, provocându-i o pagubă estimată la 120.524,40 lei.
