Deschiderea circulației pe centura ocolitoare a municipiului Sfântu Gheorghe

Drumarii au anunțat că, începând de mâine, circulația va fi deschisă pe centura ocolitoare a municipiului Sfântu Gheorghe. Această nouă infrastructură din județul Covasna va permite desfășurarea traficului rutier de tranzit, în special pentru vehiculele grele, evitând astfel trecerea prin localitate. Traficul va fi permis pe această centură începând cu ora 13:00.

Construirea Variantei Ocolitoare Sfântu Gheorghe, cunoscută și sub denumirea de #VO12F, a avut un cost total de 249,4 milioane lei (fără TVA) și a beneficiat de fonduri europene. Pe parcursul celor 11,56 km ai noii variante, au fost realizate și patru sensuri giratorii, care asigură conexiuni cu Drumurile Naționale DN12, DN13E și cu Drumul Județean DJ103B.
