ANAF scoate la licitație un apartament în Brașov

Agenția Națională de Administrare Fiscală (ANAF) anunță reluarea licitației pentru un apartament de două camere, cu suprafața utilă de 39 metri pătrați (54 metri pătrați total), situat pe strada Cocorului din Brașov. Blocul în care se află apartamentul a fost construit în anul 1977.

Primul preț de evaluare a fost stabilit la valoarea de 324.700 lei, fără TVA, ceea ce corespunde cu aproximativ 65.000 de euro. Acesta a fost ulterior ajustat la 71.000 de euro, însă apartamentul nu a fost vândut, având în vedere că prețul era similar cu cele practicate pe piața imobiliară din acea zonă.

În urma reluării licitației, noul preț de pornire pentru apartament este de 243.525 lei (exclusiv TVA), adică aproximativ 49.000 de euro. Cu TVA inclus (9%), prețul total ajunge la 265.442,25 lei, echivalentul a 53.000 de euro.
