Medici nutritioniști recomandă o atenție sporită în alegerea alimentelor pe timpul verii, mai ales în zilele cu temperaturi ridicate. În timp ce anume produse sunt ideale pentru a fi consumate în această perioadă, existentă și alte alimente de care ar fi bine să ne ferim.

Conform specialiștilor, unele mâncăruri pot provoca o digestie îndelungată, ceea ce poate duce la creșterea temperaturii corpului. Prin urmare, este esențial să alegem cu înțelepciune ceea ce punem în farfurie. Astfel, în timpul caniculei, ar trebui să ne concentrăm pe alimente mai ușoare și mai răcoritoare, care nu vor supraîncălzi organismul.
