Piața imobiliară din România înregistrează o scădere semnificativă în august 2024

În luna august 2024, piața imobiliară din România a cunoscut o scădere semnificativă, cu peste 8.000 de tranzacții mai puține comparativ cu aceeași perioadă a anului precedent. Conform datelor furnizate de Agenția Națională de Cadastru și Publicitate Imobiliară, s-au vândut la nivelul întregii țări 51.067 de imobile, marcând o diminuare cu 5.954 tranzacții față de luna iulie 2024.

Comparativ cu luna august 2023, numărul total de vânzări de case, terenuri și apartamente a scăzut cu 8.358. Cele mai multe tranzacții s-au realizat în capitala țării, București, unde s-au înregistrat 8.399 de vânzări. Județul Ilfov a urmat cu 3.495 de imobile vândute, iar Brașov a înregistrat 2.759 de tranzacții.

Pe de altă parte, județele cu cele mai puține imobile vândute în aceeași lună sunt Teleorman, cu doar 114 vânzări, urmat de Olt cu 233 și Covasna cu 303 tranzacții. Această scădere a activității pe piața imobiliară ridică întrebări despre tendințele economice și viitorul sectorului imobiliar în România.
